Osprey in Aviemore

Many people will have heard of the Loch Garten Osprey hide near Aviemore, but a better kep secret is the Osprey fishing hides, in Aviemore. Its a 4am start in the summer and very weather dependent but when the sun shines ( which isnt always desirable) and the wind blows in the right direction the ospreys catch their fish and fly directly towards the hide. this one taken with the Canon 1DX II and the Canon 400mm f/4 II.  More images at https://www.stevelaycock.com/scotland
